A Case Report of Wilms´ tumor

Abstract

The Author has reported I case of Wilms´ tummor, who was successfully treated by surgical intervention. The patient was 5 yrs old boy. A child´s head size tumor was
noted at the right side abdomen, and poor general condition was noticed. ´Laboratory data showed anemia, and others are with in normal limits. The plain X-ray film of Abdomen revealed marked density in right side abdomen, and I. V. P. finding indicated the right kidney disfunction Surgical intervention was done under incubated ether anesthesia and nephrectomy was performed.
